What do you need?
- Baking soda: ¼ of a cup.
- Corn starch: ¼ of a cup.
- Virgin, unrefined coconut oil: 6 to 8 tbsp.
- Some essential oil of your liking.
How is it prepared?
Mix the baking soda with the cornstarch. Add the oil and mix well, then, put the mixture in a container and add a few drops of the chosen essential oil. Finally, place it in the refrigerator to allow it to solidify.
You can use it as a classic anti-perspirant. Important: never apply it after shaving the armpits, as it could irritate the skin.
Anti-transpirant talc
The ingredients are:
- Cornstarch
- An essential oil of your preference.
- Apply it immediately after drying.
Remember that natural remedies can work for some people, and not for others. It all depends on the severity of the problem and the possible presence of pathologies or diseases as the real cause of excessive sweating.
