Homemade Remedies For Kidney Stones
Kidney stones are really very painful and there is no particular time for them to appear. They are made up of mineral salts and acid that accumulate in the urinary tract when it is not possible to dispose of toxins adequately.
Kidney stones can be eliminated thanks to various homemade remedies and diuretic herbs.
Some facts on kidney stones
Kidney stones can also form when urine is too concentrated. The minerals it contains, in fact, crystallize and consequently create these “stones”.
This process causes a lot of pain, especially when it comes to expelling stones from the urinary tract.
According to some studies, men suffer from kidney stones more than women, particularly between the ages of 20 and 40. There is a close correlation between kidney stone sufferers and gout sufferers.
Although a recommended way to prevent kidney stones from forming is to drink eight glasses of water a day, remember that in many cases there is a tendency to suffer from it and further treatment is needed.
To prevent this from happening, it is preferable to avoid the consumption of chocolate, coffee, fizzy drinks, beets, walnuts, spinach, strawberries, tea and bran as they contain an element that could contribute to the formation of stones.
Also, do not follow a diet rich in protein, sodium and sugar, which would favor the recurrence of the problem.
