- Radish: slightly bitter and spicy, improves liver function and stimulates the production of bile. It is also rich in vitamin C. You can also eat the leaves, which have detoxifying and medicinal properties.

5. Artichoke and milk thistle supplements against fatty liver
A quick and convenient way to use artichoke as a remedy for fatty liver are supplements. Artichoke capsules or tablets are sold in pharmacies or supermarkets; facilitate the digestion of fats and large meals. It is also possible to find the artichoke in combination with other medicinal plants, such as milk thistle.
Milk thistle is also an excellent remedy for liver disorders, as it has regenerating properties. And, again, turmeric, boldo and dandelion. Vitamin B7 (choline) hinders the formation of fatty deposits in the liver.
Take supplements under the supervision of your doctor or naturopath. It is important to keep in mind that natural remedies can interfere with some drugs and that they should not be consumed for prolonged periods without rest periods.
