Natural Remedies To Cleanse The Kidneys

By performing physical activity, we facilitate the work of the kidneys. Also, if the activity is prolonged, you can eliminate toxins through perspiration.
Natural remedies to cleanse the kidneys

Many people ignore the importance of cleaning their kidneys clean and keeping them healthy, not knowing that many diseases originate in the urinary system.

If we think that the task of these organs is to eliminate the impurities of the organism, then we can understand why they are so important and why they must always be in excellent condition.

Symptoms that hint that it is necessary to clean the kidneys

If you suffer from too low or too high blood pressure, if you complain of pain in the lower and upper abdomen, if your urine is characterized by a dark color, if you are excessively thirsty, if your lower back hurts or if you have the need to go to the bathroom many times during the night, it is possible that you have a urinary tract problem.

Additional warning signs are: if you urinate less than half a liter a day, if you feel you always have a full bladder, if you feel pain when urinating, if your ankles swell a lot during the night, if you wake up with your eyes in the morning too swollen, or if you notice that you have bruises or bleeding without having taken any shots.

In addition, the presence of gallstones or even kidney and bladder stones is more than enough reason to clean the kidneys.

How to avoid kidney problems?

  • A balanced diet is very important to prevent the amount of toxins present in the body from increasing and that they reach the blood and are not excreted through the urine.
  • You can avoid the formation of kidney stones or kidney failure by reducing the consumption of salt or processed products (especially frozen or breaded foods).
  • Do not abuse dairy products, especially those made with whole (non-skim) milk.

  • Try to reduce the amount of animal protein, from meat to eggs. These proteins increase the concentration of calcium in the urine, which increases the possibility of suffering from stones, and uric acid.
  • Avoid the consumption of alcoholic drinks or drinks with a lot of sugar, because they accelerate the elimination of calcium in the urine, with the risk of stones forming.
  • Try to follow a vegetarian diet or a diet rich above all in natural products. For your diet, opt for natural fruit and vegetable juices, which are useful for cleaning the kidneys.
  • Consume a certain amount of foods with diuretic properties, such as oranges, grapes, lemons, grapefruit, celery, carrots, cucumbers, apples, watermelon, melon, lettuce, medlar and peaches.
  • Limit the use of medicines such as aspirin, ibuprofen or the like.
  • Make sure you drink plenty of water during the day (two liters in winter, three liters in summer), until the urine is almost clear or very light yellow in color. Nor should we abuse water so as not to force the kidneys to work too much.

Cleanse the kidneys in three days

This is not a magical solution that will guarantee you have a clean kidney in 72 hours, but it can still be of great help. First, avoiding the consumption of coffee, alcohol, sodas, salt and foods with too much protein is vital.

All of these products irritate the kidneys and prevent the bladder from eliminating toxins. Replace the drinks mentioned with mineral water, meat with flax or sunflower seeds and almonds.

Start your day with a nutritious breakfast that also includes a glass of cranberry juice, which can reduce the amount of calcium that builds up in the bladder.

This calcium deposit slows down the function of the kidneys and prevents toxins from “leaving” the body. It also causes urinary infections and kidney stones, which are very painful.

In the middle of the morning, drink a glass of potassium-rich fruit or vegetable juice that will help cleanse your kidneys and have plenty of energy during these three days. You can prepare it yourself by blending carrots, celery, parsley and spinach together.

At noon, drink a glass of liquid chlorophyll, a green substance that gives plants this color and that you can find in health food or dietary stores.

You can also sow your weed in pots, cut it and blend it. Among the many benefits of chlorophyll, we remember that it is good for the body, improves the immune system and helps clean the blood.

Between lunch and dinner, then at snack time, drink a cup of watermelon seed tea.  IS a very delicate drink with diuretic effects that helps to activate the functioning of the kidneys and bladder. It will also help you digest your lunch better and evacuate before the evening.

At dinner, drink carrot juice that will correct urinary frequency. If you prefer, you can opt for cranberry juice. As for meals, you can eat whatever you want. Keep in mind that, during these three days, you must avoid consuming meat and flours. Take advantage of it to go on a diet.

Before going to sleep, drink tea made with mint or dandelion leaves, two plants that detoxify the body and promote digestion at night.

Do not forget to do physical activity or sport during these three days. You can take a half hour walk every day: this will make it easier for your kidneys to work.

We also recommend that you try the sauna and spa to eliminate toxins through sweating. You can also take a bath in your home with hot water and then cool off with a lukewarm or cold shower.

Finally, do some stretching in the morning and evening. Doing stretching or stretching exercises correctly will help you “get active” and have more energy not only to face the day, but also to rest better.
