  • 130 grams of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of chia
  • 200 grams of spinach
  • 190 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of spirulina
  • Olive oil
  • 50 ml of water

Preparation of spinach, chia and spirulina omelette

  • First, clean the spinach well, washing and drying them as well as possible.
  • Then, dissolve the chia in the water.
  • At this point, add all the ingredients to a bowl or container and blend them well, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps. In this regard, you could sift the flour.
  • Finally, in a pan with oil, pour the mixture a little at a time, like a normal omelette and fry it until golden brown.
