2. Change the sheets and blankets
To keep the bed clean and disinfect the bedroom, we recommend that you regularly change the sheets, pillowcases and other objects that cover it.

- Rub it with the help of a brush, let it act for about 1 hour and then pass the vacuum cleaner over it. This routine is important for disinfecting the bedroom.
6. Remove the dust
Day after day, most of the objects in the bedroom become covered in dust. The bed, desk, paintings and all decorative objects must be cleaned regularly, to prevent them from becoming the cause of various allergies.
