- 3 large eggs (80 g per egg).
- 4 ripe bananas.
- ½ cup of oatmeal (100 g).
- 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation
- Start by mixing the previously sifted flour, salt, cinnamon and yeast.
- Separately, beat the eggs with the oil until lightly emulsified.
- Mash the 4 ripe bananas well and add the honey until you get a single dough.
- Mix well the banana mixture, the ricotta and the egg, oil and sugar mixture.
- Gradually add the oats and other ingredients to this mix, gently incorporating the dry and wet parts.
- In a dish or a mold with butter and flour, pour the mixture and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180 ° C).
- Cooking can take between 40 and 50 minutes. To check that the cake is well cooked, insert a knife and check that it comes out clean.
