  1. Heat 3 cups of water
  2. Wash and dry 90 grams of ginger root
  3. Peel the ginger; subsequently, cut it into small pieces
  4. Put the ginger in a teapot or similar container with a lid
  5. Add the hot water and let the infusion rest for about 10 minutes
  6. Strain the tea and serve
