Homemade Cream Biscuits: Two Recipes
To prepare traditional cream biscuits it is not necessary to complicate your life with overly elaborate recipes. On the contrary, simplicity is the watchword of this recipe. Do you want to learn how to prepare these delicious rustic biscuits? We explain how to do it step by step.
Cream biscuits, an ideal dessert
We offer two versions of cream biscuits, but there are many possible variations. What makes them exceptional is the basic recipe. What does it mean? That starting from the base you can add the ingredients you prefer and try different combinations. You can add, for example, white or dark chocolate, cocoa powder, almonds, grated coconut, etc.
Another feature that will make you love this recipe is that you can dose the amount of sugar at will. If you have decided to reduce the consumption of sugars or, on the contrary, you want to indulge in a break from your diet, make the appropriate changes.
Who can eat them?
Remember that carbohydrates, cholesterol and sugars are not negative in an absolute sense. In fact, our body also uses these substances to build muscle tissue or keep cells functioning. This applies to everything we eat every day, be it vegetables, fruit, grains or other foods.
Of course, this recipe is not suitable for celiac people as it contains gluten-containing flour. The same goes for those who are lactose intolerant, having cream as an ingredient. Having said that, we just have to move on to the preparation.
