Apple cider vinegar can also be used to inhale the vapors that are created when mixed with half a cup of water. Heat the mixture almost to a boil and then breathe in the vapors with your eyes and mouth closed. Use this remedy at least three times a day.
Turmeric
Turmeric has a powerful compound called curcumin which is great for health. Among the benefits of turmeric we find an excellent efficacy in eliminating inflammation of the paranasal sinuses. Adding turmeric to the daily diet, and thus benefiting from it, is simple, as it can be used as a condiment for any dish.
Sinus washes
